Do I Need To Sign A Lease?Yes. All renter's will be required to sign a Lease Agreement and provide all deposits/fee's before move-in.

Are Appliances Provided?Most of our properties come suited with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All of which are clean, top quality, and modern. Washers & Dryers are not included in our properties and are the responsibility of the tenant for purchase and installation. Most facilities have washer and dryer hook ups. Be sure to request an appliance list for the location your are interested in renting.

Electric, Water, Sewer, and Other ServicesThe tenant is responsible for all utility services. Contact your local utility service office for details on how you can setup your services. We recommend you have all necessary paperwork available to remove any delays during your process.

Renter's Insurance - What Is It And Do I Need It?Yes. It is required for the Tenant(s) to have renter’s insurance. A renter’s insurance policy can protect the tenant’s possessions and may even cover those possessions when they are lost, damaged, or stolen from a location other than the tenant’s residence. The Landlord will not be held liable for losses to Tenants belongings. A good place to start regarding renter’s insurance is by contacting the insurance company that carries your vehicle insurance coverage. Internet, Phone, and TV ProvidersHaving internet, phone, and TV services can take time to be activated. We encourage tenants to schedule these service installations on the day of their move in or as soon as possible. The tenant(s) are responsible for contacting the provider for account activation, installation, and installation/setup appointments.

Can I Have A Pet?ALL pets are allowed with the written permission from property management or the landlord. No “guest” pets are allowed at any time. If you have written permission to have a pet, your pet isn’t allowed to be outside unattended and must be walked on a leash. Please pick up your pet’s waste and properly dispose of it. For further details, speak to a property management team member.

Pests and Rodent ControlTenants are required to keep the inside of the facility free of all pests and/or rodents. If a pest or rodent problem arises, the tenant must contact a pest control service and arrange for treatment. The Landlord will treat the exterior of the facility and yard of all pest and/or rodents on a regular/seasonal basis at no costs to the tenant.
